I graduated college with a degree in Biology. I was going to get a PhD in Plant Pathology, but I started having health problems (neurocardiogenic syncope) and had to drop out after about two months. I'm trying to get healthy and figure out what I'm going to do with my life now. I'm still science minded but not sure what I'm going to do with that.

I also have a dog named Rigby, after "Eleanor Rigby". He's a boxer/lab mix.
My camera is my connection to the world. I love photography, and my various cameras and computer are my favorite possessions.
I also love plants. I have a lot of houseplants, specifically orchids.
I like cooking and am a big fan of keeping things neat and orderly. Nice and home-like
My journal is pretty much friends only now. I realized some people were reading my journal that I really didn't want to, so I friendslock most stuff now. Not averse to adding new people, of course. Usually I bitch about little things that happen in my life, or record things that happen to me. Sometimes I get semi-philosophical and think about things. Mostly, though, I am concerned with the mundane details of life.
